About a Viet Kitchen

We are Hoang (from Vietnam) and Emanuele (from Italy). The idea of opening our restaurant was born whilst watching a Nigella TV show and the idea of doing it in Barcelona was simply because we love this city, its energy and its people!
We met in Amsterdam in 2012 and in 2017 we decided to change our lives, we quit our jobs and we went traveling throughout Asia and South America for a year, with only a few things in mind: have fun, meet people and eat! We are happy to say that we succeeded in all three of these things.
In January 2018 we moved to Barcelona and we started working towards starting our street food restaurant, and in July 2018 Viet Kitchen was born.
